What shipping options are available at +Ready? How long does shipping take?
We offer free DHL shipping when you spend €35 or more at +Ready.
International Shipments:
Free shipping for all international customers over €80 purchase, Duties & taxes will be charged.
When you go to check-out, please select your desired country to ship and see your calculated shipping rate and any applicable duties and taxes.
Will COVID-19 affect my order?
Due to COVID-19, your order may experience processing or shipping delays; we appreciate your patience during this time. We are working closely with our partners to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 12 pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed same-day. All other orders placed after 12 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
How do returns work?
If you do not love your +Ready products, please email us at orders@piuready.com and we will be happy to assist you. To start a return, please email us and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Please note at this time we are only able to accept returns within the contiguous Italy on items purchased from piuready.com.
We can only accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly offer a full refund to the original form of payment.
All ceramics and bundles are final sale and non-returnable.
Footwear and apparel must be returned in its original, unused and unwashed condition. Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund on original shipping charges.
How long do returns take to process?
Please allow approximately three weeks for us to process your return. Once processed, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
